We build your wine cellar with style
Whatever you have in mind, we will create the best storage system vino can find.
A passion for creating spaces.
A passion for fine wine.
Fast, specific and functional.
You have good taste in wine. Celebrate it with a custom-built, unique wine cellar.
Windward is known for our high-quality cellar builds. Our design consultant, Fran O’Brien, will work with you to find the best solution for any space. We’ll start by discussing how wine will fit with your home entertaining style, the flow and shape of your available space. What sort of look are we going for? How large a collection are we highlighting?
What environmental factors need to be considered to make sure your collection gets better with age, and that the bottles you want can be found easily?
Select the specific wood to fit your space, and the most effective layout. Create a cellar with as much taste as your wine.
It doesn’t have to be a cellar.
The time-tested wisdom was to keep your cool below ground, but now we have the technology for precise temperature control no matter where the storage system is.
And we have the creativity to find solutions where you might least expect them. Archways? Under stairs? In your table or barstool? If you don’t think you have the space, we can find it. A quality wine room can work in many convenient and perhaps unexpected locations, and with the right lighting, wood and finish, it can look spectacular.
Enhance the experience for you, your family, and any guests you share your selection with.
South County native Fran O’Brien and his team will help you put your best foot forward, and respect the preservation and presentation of your collection with an attention to detail, style and personality that can only come from a lifetime appreciation of fine craftsmanship, in both the art of design and the art of wine.
Call 401.286.3200 and ask for Fran to begin the process. You’ll only need one vendor for the consultation, construction, electrical and climate.
